Function

    This machine is card making equipment of high precision and high output made up of PLC control system and mechanical hydraulic system,multi-level  pressurization is adopted,,single cylinder jacks up and it can maintain balance automatically.It is  available for the laminating for all kinds of card making sheet material (especially for the non-contract IC cardIdcard including INLAY).

Feature

       Laminating methodusing single cylinder jacks up to maintain balance automatically,controlled with double pumps cooperating import pressure module by frequency conversion,multilevel pressure,with equality and invariablenes pressure and high precision.

      Heating methoduse heater to heat up and the temperature can be controlled  in many section,the parameter of every section can be set.

      Temperature control method: the PLC work with the temperature control module to realize the invariablenes control for the temperature basis the parameter set in every section.

      Cooling methodcooled by frost water cycle disposed by  chiller(the frequency of the stream amount  can be controlled),saving energy and with good effect.

      Can add hot-pressed vacuum system as the clients need to ensure the good laminating effect.

      Can add a attached materail feeding machine as the clients need to ensure the high material feeding efficiency.
