HT-JC-1 Automatic Smart Card Milling Machine is used for milling that cavities on the standard card carrier, which meet the demand of embedding various chips. The machine consists of card transport, clamping apparatus, milling head, dust cleaner and card stacker, it is controlled by PLC and the operator can change the parameters through touch screen. Card transport uses a configuration of multilevel downward pulling and a blow unit to avoid double card. Machine will automatically stop in the situation of card dropping off from it or being unusual. Once there is no card detected by the photoelectric sensors, it alarms. Adopt two sets of independent clamping apparatus and there is a high carbon steel block inside the clamping apparatus to make sure no damage to it in an unexpected situation. Position block and clamping apparatus stage are able to freely correct plane and easy fine adjusting. Easy change clamping apparatus, no need adjusting. It alarms when no card detected by the photosensors. Set the position and size of cavity through touch screen. Mill head adopts a digit percentage meter to adjust depth of cavities and the position block controls processing depth. One type of chip finishes processing by one single adjusting. Processing and dust absorption are assembled into a single system. Automatic check the depth. The unqualified products can be automatically separated, if many unqualified products continuously come out, the machine stops and points out. When finishing milling a cavity, carrying out cleaning and dust absorbing. It alarms when the photoelectric sensor detects that card stacker is full.
