HT-C-7 is the newest developed card-making equipment by our company ,of dual towers, cooling and heating ,with left part for laminating pvc sheets,and right part for cutting sheets.

 Its dominate character is of super speed for making 10 layers A4 sheets and cutting the A4 sheet into 10 cards as 85.7*54mm at  only 6 minutes.

This equipment is specialized in laminating kinds of pvc card,inclouding the common touched-style IC card,non-touched style IC ID card and so on.This equipment is of stable performance,it adds pressure gradually,heat,exactly control its termperature,cooling by recurrent water..It adopts hydraulic pressure as driving motivity,adds pressure to the hot board, with galvanothermy tube heating the board,and controling automaticly by termperature controlor and termperature sense organ .At the other hand,it adopts lovely intuitionistic interface of people and device,this makes operation easy.
